You will receive full quality WAV, stereo, 24-bit, 44.1 kHz files with a minimum of -6 dB headroom. I am also able to deliver files in 24-bit, 48 kHz and higher, or also provide MP3 upon request - but please note that MP3s are not able to loop perfectly by nature.
For video we will need to discuss before hand as your project may require different specifics depending on platform you will be using. Generally however I can offer 1920 x 1080, h264 export settings at 9:16 or 16:9

General【01.】 I hold the discretion to decline a project if I believe I cannot fulfill it effectively due to its nature or other unspecified reasons. Rest assured, I will maintain open communication about any concerns.
【02.】 I retain complete rights to commissioned compositions, including rejected demos and the right to showcase them on my portfolio websites (like TT, YT, SoundCloud, etc.), either commercially or non-commercially. For exclusive rights to the composition and recording, please reach out for further discussion.
【03.】 Full payment upfront (USD) via PayPal is required before initiating any work. Payment plans may be available on a case-by-case basis – inquire for more information.
【04.】 All payments are final and non-refundable. If you are in a waitlist or queue and have not yet made payment, you may opt-out at any point before the project commencement by contacting me.
【05.】 I work on each project individually. The turnaround time can range from one week to three months depending on the scope of requested deliverables. Please note that I am less likely to accept projects with strict deadlines. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
【06.】 When using the work in any content, visible credit must be given (e.g., BGM by CURIOUS3R).【07.】 My office hours are Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST. I cannot guarantee immediate responses outside these hours. Prompt communication between both parties is expected and valued as a sign of mutual respect. Please keep me informed about any unforeseen delays or emergencies.
Delays in essential communication such as project information or WIP feedback may result in commission postponement.
【08.】 I reserve the right to share (non-NDA) WIPs and completed commissions on social media sites, portfolios, or live streams such as Twitch/Kick.
【09.】 Commissions are delivered as digital files only, with no physical goods included. Files will be provided via email, Discord, or other agreed-upon methods. Please note that the download link will expire seven days after the final delivery. If physical goods are required, please visit my store or reach out directly for inquiries.
【10.】 For derivative content (covers, remixes, re-arranges, etc.), it is the client's responsibility to secure all necessary licensing rights for creation and distribution. I am not responsible for potential copyright infringement issues that may arise.)【11.】 To ensure that the final piece aligns with your vision, please provide 1-3 reference tracks that capture your desired sound. Sharing what you like about them, even if you're unfamiliar with musical terminology, is incredibly helpful (e.g., "I love the saxophone in this song and its moody, emotional vibe.").
【12.】 Revisions Policy:
BGM, Character Themes, Original Songs: 1 major revision + 2 minor revisions included. Additional revisions may incur a $50.00 USD fee and depend on the request.
Alerts, Jingles, SFX: 1 minor revision included. Further revisions may incur a $25.00 USD fee each.
Examples of minor revisions: adjusting melodies, instruments, and volume/effects.
Examples of major revisions: changing melodies, chord progressions, or adding/removing entire sections.
【13.】 After the Composing stage is approved, major revisions won't be possible as changing the structure becomes difficult. Minor revisions are acceptable during the Producing stage. No revisions can be made after final approval and file delivery.
【14.】 Using or downloading work-in-progress or previews in any content before completion is not allowed. These are raw and will differ from the final master. Please ask for permission if you wish to share WIPs with your community.
Allowed Usage/Copyright Information:【15a.】 By commissioning, you obtain an exclusive sync license for limited commercial use. If unsure about usage, feel free to ask! This license allows you to:
Use the work in monetized streams
Use the work in monetized videos (YouTube, Twitter, etc.) alongside original visual content (stream VODs, tutorials, debut trailers, videos showcasing your Live2D model, etc.)
【15b.】 For music services distribution (Spotify, Apple Music) or media use (games/film), an additional full commercial use fee and/or royalty split agreement will apply. Full commercial use fees start at 2x the commission price.
Non-Allowed Usage:
【16.】 You cannot upload the work for the sole purpose of monetization. It must accompany your visual content or my visual accompaniment for monetization. Without a full commercial use license, you cannot:
Distribute the work to music stores (Spotify, Apple Music)
Upload a monetized video where the audio work is the main focus (e.g., song showcase)
【17.】 No one else may use your commissioned work commercially or non-commercially without your direct permission (e.g., interviews involving you). Even with your permission, monetized third-party use is prohibited without contacting me. The exception is stream clip channel uploads where the work plays in the clip's background.
【18.】 You may not use the commissioned work without providing visible credit to me and may not claim it as your own or someone else's creation.
【19.】 Re-distribution or re-selling of the commissioned work, including in blockchain/cryptocurrency-related technologies such as NFTs, is strictly prohibited. Remember that the exclusive license belongs to the individual or entity who commissioned the work, and any unauthorized use may lead to copyright infringement and DMCA issues.
【20.】 As a one-person studio, I utilize various AI tools to assist with tasks such as visual and audio production and task management. If you have any concerns about the use of AI in your project, please let me know before I begin working on it so that we can discuss potential alternatives. Keep in mind that commission prices may increase if fewer AI tools are used.
【21.】 Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in the revocation of your license to use the commissioned work. The work may be re-sold or re-purposed, and you will be barred from commissioning me again. Your name and handles may be shared publicly to safeguard other creators.
